Biography
Keena Renée is an author, musician, strategist, and creative advocate whose work explores storytelling, culture, creativity, advocacy, community, and the experiences that shape how people move through the world.
She writes across fiction and nonfiction. Her broader creative work brings together communications, music, advocacy, strategy, and storytelling.
She is the founder and Executive Director of the Creatives for Virginia Foundation and has served in leadership roles with the Recording Academy's Washington, D.C. Chapter.
She is originally from Shreveport, Louisiana and now calls Virginia home.
